Ask any short-term rental host what shows up most in their reviews and the answer is cleanliness — good and bad. A guest will forgive a slow WiFi router. A turnover is not the same as a house clean. The goal isn't 'tidy' — it's identical to the listing photos, every single time. That means staging as much as cleaning: pillows arranged the same way, towels folded the same way, remotes in the same place, kitchen items back in the same drawers.

The last piece is communication. After every turnover we send the host a message with photos, anything that's broken or worn, and anything running low. Small problems found on a turnover are cheap; the same problems found by a guest cost you a review.
